Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your shopping experience at ModeZone. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help!

Returns:

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• To start a return, email info@modezone.pk with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds:

• Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund (depending on your preference).

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions:
Some products (like personal care items or hygiene-related tools) cannot be returned once opened.
